RECYCLEDCRAFT: Space Sex Mystery?

PREMISE (example)

You awaken on a train - or a sleek-feeling spacecraft, or a boat, or even a submarine.
The shape of the craft isn't important, or even immediately apparent - but you are here, a sealed, surprisingly comfortable room with a soft bed, whereas before you were home. If home was even where you wanted to be.

"Good morning, passenger," a voice purrs; you can feel a presence with it, but there's no indication anyone is in the room with you.

There is, however, a comfortable weight along your legs, your arms, your spine... something appears ready to keep you here for a while.

What will you do?

CONTEXT

What is this, exactly? This premise is a smut spinoff of a wider continuity - the 'space'craft your character is on has taken your character from their home. It - any and all pronouns are fine, and if you OOCly have a preference just give a heads-up in your starter comment and we'll go from there - has been through quite a time recently, having lost its crew and the programming that initially determined its purpose. (Some data/facts still remain for basic navigation and specialization - see the next entry!) Nor does it remember exactly how it happened, just that something terrible happened and it has to do things more on-its-own now.

But what it can still do is (A) interpret characters' emotions and respond accordingly, (B) provide safe and sturdy transport plus life support and (C) bond intensely with those now tied to it!

This can be for a one-on-one scenario, a group account, or even joint threading if everyone would like to put in the time to sort things out! Can start with the premise above, or can be time-skipped along to where both parties are familiar with one another.

OPTIONS

What kind of 'craft are you on, anyway?
The Ace - originally a sleek fighter craft, this one was made to take to space and the skies with impunity! Very flexible, good at interpreting orders, and still carries echoes of 'tude from its former crew. And now it's focusing all that energy on you. Think you can take it?

Star-Gazer - originally a solo-craft meant for exploration, this 'craft was built to take someone far, and to provide companionship to anchor someone to reality on the way. It's designed to be cozy, and is not meant to be shared. Maybe it remembers another name alongside yours, but it no longer recalls those memories consistently. But perhaps that isn't a bad thing...

Like the Lightning - this was a mercenary's craft, passed along from generation to generation. With acute knowledge of trade routes and meticulously-crafted stealth routines to take shelter on even the most unexpected worlds, its job is to do the job - but it can't do so alone, and that's where you come in. Such a partnership does come with benefits, as a matter of course.

The Lost One* - a missioncraft, badly damaged, better suited for a group than an individual... but it has found someone, and will desperately work to make sure they are safe. Believes very strongly in doing the Just thing, but now it doubts it knows how to determine that anymore. Appears to have lost everything twice over, and has just enough memory to make it very hard to accept things at face value. Befriending this one is the most difficult possibility, but it is doable - if you wish to sincerely try.

*This IS meant to poke fun at myself, to be clear.

GENERAL SCENARIOS

Introductions - Exactly what it says on the tin.
Visiting a World - Can be just shopping, can be a 'risk of getting caught' sort of deal, or you've caught whiff of Adventure. Each 'craft will have different reactions, of course, but fun CAN be had by all!
Voidstorm* - Traveling through one of these tends to have... unique effects. Usually ones that are temporarily bad for one's sanity, but not having to be alone during them is supposed to help. Or it can just make things weirder; you never know! Don't try to break the windows and go outside, though; that's never a good idea.

*I'm not changing what it's called, because I can't think of anything better to call it. To explain 'from the outside': imagine if sex pollen were a space phenomenon you could fly through, and be directly effected mentally/emotionally. Hallucinations, particularly shared hallucinations, are common. Seeing people you love outside and feeling compelled to go out there is also possible. Other possibilities include seeing emotions as aura colors, feeling compelled to speak and act on one's deepest feelings, and not being able to understand other languages.
You can see why sex pollen wouldn't be out of place here, right?

"Ggggaaaahhhh!" It was so tight, Konoka wondered if she could actually take it (she could, but the intensity of her current predicament left her a bit uncertain of her own limits). But nothing felt better: Konoka came even harder than she did last time, and it felt like her entire body simply blossomed white.

Of course, even after this orgasm, she was going nowhere. She still had quite some time left, though how long she had, she didn't remember.

The pressure almost completely dropped, such was the intensity of the orgasm... but the timer pressed on, and the Star Gazer herself recovered within a few fractions of a second, fast enough to at least secure Konoka from an embarrassing fall.

'That... That was even better than last time, comparing your reactions.'

She sounded now, of all things, flustered, and Konoka would be greeted with a more soothing 'touch' than mere restriction, as she came back to herself.

'I wonder if this trend will continue, as we get to know each other more over time...?'

The Star Gazer put her own thoughts away, choosing to focus more on reading Konoka's input, the purring simply starting straight up again.

Konoka sagged into that pressure. Right now, it was a tight hug from the ship. She was thankful the internal temperature was on the warm side, but part of her wanted to snuggle up, especially since she couldn't move.

That fluster could be felt through their link, however, making Konoka very aware of her own.

"Wow, that... was like seeing stars," Konoka murmured. "I actually kinda hope it keeps goin' up too, though I don't think things have to be perfect all the time." In other words, don't worry if it doesn't turn out that way.

"Well, either way, I'm sure our standards will adjust!" the Star Gazer answered, managing to sound quite cheerful about the prospect.

A certain amount of warmth pooled upon Konoka's shoulders, then made to press down on both.

The Star Gazer was, mostly, now content to pass the time this way; the news she had learned, while it represented a good deal of unknowns up ahead, still hadn't changed what she felt about Konoka, and to her that was most important.

As Konoka basked in her afterglow and eased off of her initial rush, she felt Star Gazer's light embrace on her shoulders. "It feels nice being able to relax in the comfort of a ship, after adventurin' outside." Konoka had really only done adventuring once in her life, much earlier when her class had ventured into the magical world housed on Mars. But that had still been one of the biggest imprints on her life, and one of the few things she had to compare to the adventure she was on now.

Though some part of her was restless, most of her was content to bask in the relative peace of enjoying Star Gazer's embrace. She wasn't going to worry about where she wanted to go just yet.

Naturally though, there was at least a couple of question she had. "You mention before that you experience things through me... is there something I've experienced that you really liked? I mean, besides the sex."

The Star Gazer purred quietly at Konoka's pleased statement.

And while she could have made a production out of 'ranking' experiences, there was a simpler way:

"There were certain shops that had a better... atmosphere, so to speak, that was easier to perceive through your senses."

Down the link came a few images; moments where Konoka had found interesting things to smell, or a particular shade of wall that registered as soothing.

The images helped Konoka recall some of the things she had encountered on her trip earlier that day. The smell Star Gazer recalled was actually an incense Konoka didn't expect to run into; it smelled of a potpurri mix that faintly reminded her of home. One of the stores also had some dark wood walls that felt... comfortable to her.

"Ah, so you like sights and smells that are comforting to little ol' me, I take it," Konoka realized. "From what I'm guessin', your state of bein' means those experiences are a bit rarer, aren't they?" And thinking on it, it also meant a question: "Is it possible to change the ships walls to be like that?"

"If I encounter something where that's not the case, I'll let you know immediately," the Star Gazer amended.

Fortunately, Konoka's next question distracted her from having to break that down too far.

"Void platforms are also useful for making such changes, particularly for those with different sensory needs, or who require accommodations not originally incorporated in a given voidcraft's design. Such as for different individuals or species who cannot see, or cannot see certain portions of the electromagnetic spectrum that are otherwise vital for navigating the 'craft."

And so on and so forth for different senses.

"I see, so I should be able to learn how to make that happen?" Konoka asked. She'd been especially interested in knowing how to take care of and pilot the ship, now that she was truly starting to see the ship as an aware entity. She learned the immediate basics so far, but now she was starting to have an idea of what she was looking for to further Star Gazer's development.

"I can't wait," Konoka began to gently rock a bit in her grip. "It'll all work out somehow, but now we can do it with our own two hands..." Though Star Gazer didn't technically have hands, so, "...figuratively speaking."

"Yes, though for the most part it is something voidcraft initiate for their crew; you are not secretly made of void metal, Konoka," she remarked,

"And the brunt of the energy for conducting such changes has to be channeled through the 'craft."

At Konoka's remark, the Star Gazer chuckled, the sense of pressure shifting before sliding down to Konoka's waist. The rocking motion would be met with resistance, but not overly so.

"Haha, I guess not," Konoka hadn't meant to sound that way, but getting caught in goofy comparisons was par the course for being airheaded.

Konoka was slightly stiffened from the touch, and she slightly writhed into the resistance, rather than put any effort into actually breaking free.

...however, it seemed her time was up, and the timed restraints snapped loose. "Whoa!" Konoka almost stumbled, but this new grip from Star Gazer kept her from falling over completely. "...oh, it's over."

Now, wasn't that well timed?

Through the link, Konoka would be able to sense the Star Gazer's pleased mood.

"Only for now," she said. And wasn't that the truth? They really did have all the time in the world!

... Hopefully.

Their night in-dock would pass peacefully (if not necessarily quietly, should Konoka be game for another round), and the Star Gazer walked Konoka through what procedures she had for preparing to re-enter the void, and did her best to describe what void-shifting was like.

It would be another few days' travel to a void platform, if Konoka wished to go there before heading to their designated rendezvous point with the 'local' void ministry branch.

The night was peaceful, if not quiet. Konoka did in fact find that she had the energy to go another round, and thus let Star Gazer drive her to a delightfully exhausted sleep.

Waking up to an alien sunrise was beautiful, to say the least. Konoka had blinked her bleary eyes to first interpret the strangeness of the sunlight, then see the beauty of looking over a sea of clouds, just out of the window. Konoka had gotten her first tour of Star Gazer's upper surface entirely because she wanted to look outside for herself. Whatever hassles that brought had been worth it, because Star Gazer had been correct that the sunrise was beautiful.

Launching back into the void had gone pretty smoothly. Their next real destination was a void ministry site, but Konoka had been thinking more about both her selection of outfits and her experimentation with her libido and her captivity fantasy. A void platform would mean she could dig into both a little more discreetly. That's where they were, touching down as Konoka was now considering her options once more.

"You mentioned some time ago about uniforms you felt I'd be comfortable in," Konoka spoke, once the ship landed. "Can I try one?"

There had been just a nub of a ledge on the back of the ship, above where the bedroom was; the Star Gazer hadn't been altogether certain Konoka would balance on it well, but she had.

It had been quite a nice bonding experience, overall.

But for now, pulling in at the liminal space, the Star Gazer felt that something was off.

Still: "Of course, Konoka. I'll just..."

She wasn't in the habit of swearing, but she was most unamused with herself. "We'll have to come back in again; we have to load in the requests before the transition, then the packages will load into storage automatically. I should have remembered."

It wasn't like the actual holes in her memory, concerning her origin data, but it was disconcerting not to be on top of things like that.

"Would you like to put all the requests in one order, or separate them out? No one else is approaching this platform, so at least we can spare the time. Whether you specify details beyond number for each one is up to you."

For the rest of the details, naturally, the Star Gazer would happily improvise.

"Oh!" Well, knowing beforehand might have helped, but what's done was done. Konoka hadn't actually stepped out of the ship yet, so she retraced her steps to move out and then make the order.

Except now that she had the opportunity, what did she specifically actually want?

"Ummmm..." Konoka pondered for a moment, before deciding it just couldn't hurt to have some of the basics. "Right. Adult toys! Vibrators, wands... maybe cuffs and gags?"

The Star Gazer readied for shifting back out of the platform, at the same time saying,

"That's all in order. Any additional color preferences?"

She added, "There will be purple, of course."

And that certain devices would be selected in a variety of sizes went without saying, really.

"And... five styles of uniforms, to start. Does that sound all right, Konoka?"

Oh, Star Gazer had a preferred color! Made sense, given how the outside of the ship looked.

"That sounds good!" Konoka nodded. "I was considerin' a long mirror, but your ability to bean my looks directly to my brain is honestly so good I'm not sure I need it."

Konoka saying that gave the Star Gazer quite the heady feeling!

She interpreted it as both a sign of trust, and high praise; purring, she went to nuzzle Konoka through the link in response.

"Thank you, Konoka. Well, let's go back around!"

There was a jolt as they pulled out and re-entered the void, but the Star Gazer could only conclude that such things were normal.

Pulling back in, now that the orders were placed, was simplicity itself. The platform looked like an airport lobby, empty of people, with a few odd-looking plants along the back 'wall'.

But more importantly, the Star Gazer could tell their order had gone through without a hitch.

"It worked!"

Her voice, as well as her projection through the tether, was most pleased.

Star Gazer's pleasure at being recognized registers so easily to her when she could feel it like a touch to her skin. The ship's happiness over that fact proved infectious, to the point she also grinned and giggled faintly.

The quick hop produced a small jolt, but as Star Gazer thought nothing of it, neither did Konoka. She instead hopped out into the terminal, one that reminded her of baggage claims from airport. The strange plant life and lack of people around made it feel slightly gloomy, but for what she was here for she was ultimately grateful that nobody else was around.

Most of what she asked for came in a few boxes. She picked up each one at a time, looking them over and quickly opening one or two to check out the actual merchandise. Satisfied with that, she brought them back inside the ship.

The thing she was most curious over, were the uniforms. She hadn't picked these herself, so now she wanted to give them a try. "Can I try these on? I got everything, right?"

The Star Gazer's attention briefly flickered elsewhere, checking for articles - not of clothing, but of news. Further, it allowed her to take notice of some kind of data packet left behind in the platform itself.

... Someone was leaving reports for the Ministry behind. Hmm.

Nevermind that for now.

"That's everything we came for, yes. Best move them to your room, if you're not leaving some for storage."

The first outfit - labeled accordingly as 'clothing' with no further details - was rather frilly in purple and turquoise, with petal-like lace around the collar, sleeves, and ankles. There were more subtle indications that the lace could be pulled tight, as well as markings around the chest that appeared to be purely aesthetic, if pretty to look at. The shoes that came with it were turquoise, and soft, with purple soles. The outfit was completed by thin purple gloves, their insides the same blue-green to match.

"Don't think I need storage access right now," Konoka commented. She might need it in the future, but so far she had barely put anything into her closet. Thankfully, the boxes were all light enough that she could carry all of them into her room.

The first outfit she pulled had her tilt her head as she examined it. Before a few days ago when she woke up on the ship, the only time she wore anything resembling long pants had usually been loose pajamas. This resembled a bodysuit, with lace that circled her wrists, ankles, and collar. Still curious, she shed what she'd been wearing before and slipped the suit on. It seemed meticulously crafted to her body shape, given how comfortable it was once she donned it!

She looked at the gloves on her hand, trying to place where she'd seen this color scheme before, if she had. "Could you show me how I look?" Konoka asked Star Gazer.

Wordlessly, the Star Gazer transmitted what she saw. The 'image' rotated slightly, so that Konoka could see from other angles.

"Do you like it?" While said less shyly than the last time she had asked, there were still shades of the basic hope-for-appeal through the Star Gazer's tether.

Just to be sure, Konoka flexed her fingers while she had the image. Being able to look at herself reliably, as if she were looking at a projection of herself in real time, was actually very great.

"I do," Konoka said. "It's comfortable. I usually prefer dresses, but this stuff is nice."

"They are dress uniforms, Konoka. Though I did make sure to get a mix."

Moving through the void at a careful pace - both to avoid further debris, and to prolong the time they had for the unpacking - the Star Gazer hummed quietly.

"Some of the remaining have skirts, and some are full dresses. I won't spoil how many there are of each, though."

Just a subtle tease.

"Well, I did ask to try them on," Konoka was as much reminding herself as she was countering Star Gazer.

She smiled as she took a moment to stretch, then touch her toes, and otherwise test the comfort of moving around in said uniform. "Don't spoil it for me," Konoka rolled with the teasing. "I want to see all of those for myself."
