RECYCLEDCRAFT: Space Sex Mystery?
PREMISE (example)
You awaken on a train - or a sleek-feeling spacecraft, or a boat, or even a submarine.
The shape of the craft isn't important, or even immediately apparent - but you are here, a sealed, surprisingly comfortable room with a soft bed, whereas before you were home. If home was even where you wanted to be.
"Good morning, passenger," a voice purrs; you can feel a presence with it, but there's no indication anyone is in the room with you.
There is, however, a comfortable weight along your legs, your arms, your spine... something appears ready to keep you here for a while.
What will you do?
CONTEXT
What is this, exactly? This premise is a smut spinoff of a wider continuity - the 'space'craft your character is on has taken your character from their home. It - any and all pronouns are fine, and if you OOCly have a preference just give a heads-up in your starter comment and we'll go from there - has been through quite a time recently, having lost its crew and the programming that initially determined its purpose. (Some data/facts still remain for basic navigation and specialization - see the next entry!) Nor does it remember exactly how it happened, just that something terrible happened and it has to do things more on-its-own now.
But what it can still do is (A) interpret characters' emotions and respond accordingly, (B) provide safe and sturdy transport plus life support and (C) bond intensely with those now tied to it!
This can be for a one-on-one scenario, a group account, or even joint threading if everyone would like to put in the time to sort things out! Can start with the premise above, or can be time-skipped along to where both parties are familiar with one another.
OPTIONS
What kind of 'craft are you on, anyway?
The Ace - originally a sleek fighter craft, this one was made to take to space and the skies with impunity! Very flexible, good at interpreting orders, and still carries echoes of 'tude from its former crew. And now it's focusing all that energy on you. Think you can take it?
Star-Gazer - originally a solo-craft meant for exploration, this 'craft was built to take someone far, and to provide companionship to anchor someone to reality on the way. It's designed to be cozy, and is not meant to be shared. Maybe it remembers another name alongside yours, but it no longer recalls those memories consistently. But perhaps that isn't a bad thing...
Like the Lightning - this was a mercenary's craft, passed along from generation to generation. With acute knowledge of trade routes and meticulously-crafted stealth routines to take shelter on even the most unexpected worlds, its job is to do the job - but it can't do so alone, and that's where you come in. Such a partnership does come with benefits, as a matter of course.
*This IS meant to poke fun at myself, to be clear.
GENERAL SCENARIOS
Introductions - Exactly what it says on the tin.
Visiting a World - Can be just shopping, can be a 'risk of getting caught' sort of deal, or you've caught whiff of Adventure. Each 'craft will have different reactions, of course, but fun CAN be had by all!
Voidstorm* - Traveling through one of these tends to have... unique effects. Usually ones that are temporarily bad for one's sanity, but not having to be alone during them is supposed to help. Or it can just make things weirder; you never know! Don't try to break the windows and go outside, though; that's never a good idea.
*I'm not changing what it's called, because I can't think of anything better to call it. To explain 'from the outside': imagine if sex pollen were a space phenomenon you could fly through, and be directly effected mentally/emotionally. Hallucinations, particularly shared hallucinations, are common. Seeing people you love outside and feeling compelled to go out there is also possible. Other possibilities include seeing emotions as aura colors, feeling compelled to speak and act on one's deepest feelings, and not being able to understand other languages.
You can see why sex pollen wouldn't be out of place here, right?

There were a fair few pollinating birds near this spa, but the further they walked, the more clearly Konoka would begin to hear a different noise.
Almost more a resonance, something felt than heard; like the Aurabloom, the flower Mary had mentioned had a spark of something special within it.
Mary, meanwhile, was talking a mile a minute; like Konoka, she was here for the contests - a third-generation participant, she was still learning about the void, her homeworld's growing relationship with the wider ministry, and she considered physical therapy to be her passion.
"-But here we are, Konoka; don't you think they look like windchimes?"
And they kind of did, though they were still clearly plants. These blooms were like mini tubes in groups of three, glowing with a subdued inner green-blue light. They gently opened and closed in a rhythm, and the sound they made was a result of this cycle. Like the Aurabloom, these had the ability to fill one's mind, and leave one increasingly relaxed.
no subject
Learning about Mary also made her curious as to what the contests were like. She did ask about the types of things the girls showed off, as this was a new experience Konoka cared not that she might be giving the game away to a potential rival. She was here to learn, after all!
It was not long before she felt that interesting pulse. She wasn't sure if she actually heard it, because it did vaguely remind her of wind chimes, but she didn't realize that was what she was feeling up until she actually laid eyes on the plants themselves.
"Oh my gosh, those are pretty!" Konoka marveled once she saw these new plants in all of their glory. Their beautiful gleam and those strangely comfortable, even pulses calmed Konoka despite her excitement. There were so many of these shapes, and the even, swaying motions they made matched the calming pulses she felt that her eyelids drooped slightly, and the grip she had on her sole towel loosened, enough that its grip on her body began to slip free as well.
no subject
More to the point, it also meant she had another buddy, and Mary was the sort of person for whom there was no such thing as too many friends.
"They really are!" Mary said, pleased that her new friend was equally delighted by the 'chime plants'.
But, perhaps because she had been around these hypnotic plants for longer, their impact on her was slightly dimmed; this meant that when Konoka's towel began to droop, she was able to notice.
"Oh? Oh no, let me get that!" Rushing to her friend's side, she made haste to righten the covering over Konoka's body.
And it might have been flattering for Konoka to notice that Mary was still admiring Konoka's own frame, hands lingering a touch longer than Mary herself intended.
"You mind if I hold it in place like this?" Mary asked, using both hands to balance the towel on Konoka's shoulders.
"We can walk around together, I don't mind."
Not that Mary had noticed her own voice matching the rhythm produced by the plants in front of them...
no subject
"Oh! Thanks," Konoka said. For some reason though, it was easier to hear Mary, easier to follow her words. "Yeah, that's fine, thank you. Dunno what came over me, really."
She still doesn't. The chimes and their pulses still linger in her mind even though she can at least see straight. She walked closer to the blond, as to not make her support too difficult.
no subject
"Let's just keep walking for a bit; we can always come back this way later if we want."
But there was still so much to explore! Not all of the flowers had special effects, though many were simply nice to look at or rounded out the local ecosystem. Some plants were self-pollinating, and others...
Eventually they came to an area that was encased in transparent glass, with a thinly-dotted roof.
"These plants... Oh! There's a message screen."
If Konoka leaned forward with Mary, or simply checked the Star Gazer's echo of the information on her own SCA, she'd read that these plants (known as the Growers) could help any plants pollinate, depending on the season.
They could even help other species pollinate, and part of their claim to fame was that the affected species didn't necessarily have to be native to Eaulei for it to work - meaning there were potential scientific uses in helping nearly-extinct populations anywhere regain lost ground.
But those were experimental for the moment, with much behind the proposal to consider; fortunately for certain ethics committees, they were only truly effective when processed internally. Since this required an intentional component, the intricately-crafted roof was the most thorough protection they needed to prevent random seeding.
Like with the special plants before, however, there was a hypnotic component - like the 'chime plants' in particular, they paired rhythmic movements with soothing colors, drawing the eye around and around the blooms in a circle.
Mary drew her own hands in circles, pressing firmly but gently on Konoka's shoulders.
"Mmm... I know we don't need to eat these or anything, but something about them just feels delicious!"
no subject
Konoka was about to ask Mary about what was more common around her house when the transparent glass--and the plants within--caught her attention. Konoka read a bit of the information out loud.
"The Growers are a once rare plant with the ability to assist in pollination with any species of plants. Research has found that this extends beyond plants, and can help with all sorts of species. Scientists are pouring over how it works, though theories are not yet solid..." Konoka had started, but just after reading about the ethics committee, she had noticed how these particular plants shimmered. Konoka's eyes caught the beautiful colors, and it felt like they pulled her in.
She could feel a touch that matched the rhythm of the hypnotic sway, with Mary's voice catching up to her.
"They do look kinda delicious, don't they?" Konoka commented, the ingestion clause burrowing itself in the back of her mind. "I wouldn't mind a taste..."
no subject
"Mmm... maybe it's a sweet taste?"
Hands still pressing on the towel, and rubbing in circles, Mary moved her head. Without any outward sign of thinking about it, she licked Konoka right on her neck.
Elsewhere, the Star Gazer was watching with several notches more of her attention than she had been. What was going on here, and what would Konoka do?
"You're certainly sweet!" Mary giggled at her own exclamation.
no subject
That pleasant entrancement that overtook her turned electric when she felt something wet--a tongue--at the nape of her neck. It didn't register that it came from Mary until she spoke.
"Me, sweet?" Konoka turned to Mary. She giggled lightly. "Come on now, I can't possibly taste sweet..." And paused as she realized she never tasted herself. "...can I?"
She lifted an arm to try, ran her tongue along it (she tasted the soap she used), and then deciding that wasn't entirely important, turned back to Mary. "What about you?" And she leaned in to lick Mary on the shoulder, as a playful comeback (and to see if she was also sweet). She wasn't sure about the actual taste, but she sure did feel good to lick.
no subject
"This is probably better for us... oh! We're not done with the tour, are we?"
Her grip on Konoka's shoulders was still firm, though she absently slid one of her legs between the other girl's.
"Hmm... should we keep walking? Someone might interrupt us if we stay in one place too long."
At least in the garden itself.
"But, at the same time... I want to just lick you some more! Is that okay with you?"
no subject
Though at the same time, that leg between her legs? Also felt kinda nice.
"I think that's nice," Konoka murmured softly. "Can you lick me and keep movin'?"
no subject
And Mary definitely would, even if the resulting waddling maneuver doubtless looked quite silly from afar.
That distracted person up ahead, meanwhile, was clearly preoccupied with an Aurabloom of their own, one hand holding the flower and another casually on a (covered) breast.
They'd seemed to have sidestepped Konoka's trouble with the towel with a cleverly-tied knot, but going it alone had had its other problems...
"You need a hand there, Deece?" Mary called, seemingly familiar with the other person, but they didn't respond immediately to Mary's voice.
no subject
Their waddling actually brought them closer to the distracted person, despite Konoka's initial plans. Oh well! It also looked like Mary knew this person, though!
"Deece?" Konoka tilted her head toward this other girl, who seemed even more distracted than they first appeared. The Aurabloom they held in their hand had such pretty colors, so she was sure that she couldn't blame them. "I think they're... distracted..." Konoka murmured, her eyes now overtaken by the Aurabloom's lovely colors...
no subject
"Aww, that's okay," Mary said, faking a pout before dropping it for a full smile again.
"Hey, Deece? Want to come with us?"
Deece finally looked up, a dazed look in their brown eyes - but a distant smile did cross their face, which probably counted as a good sign.
"Oh? Ah, I mean, sure!"
They waved to Konoka - with the Aurabloom-holding hand - and it was easy to see that spending time in the garden had left them rather aroused and perhaps a little dizzy. Unlike Mary, they were dark haired and their skin was a darker hue, but like Mary they looked to be in good shape.
"It's nice to meet you, too. What's your name?"
no subject
"Konoka! Nice to meet you," Konoka took a slightly clumsy bow, which unfortunately jostled her towel. "Whoops!" But given that she was slightly dizzy and fairly aroused now, she didn't seem all that embarrassed about accidentally exposing herself. She does correct, but only enough that she was no longer naked.
"Haha, do you come around to these springs often too?" She asked by way of conversation.
no subject
"I'm new here. Mary and I went to the same schools, 's all..."
Mary, meanwhile, seemed to have gotten the idea to bring them all closer together physically.
"We should find a smelling booth! There should be one large enough for all of us. Then we can all enjoy the flowers!"
Without the risk of falling over on the main pathways, was what Mary didn't say.
no subject
"A smelling booth? What do those look like?"
Well, depending on their coordination, it wouldn't take too long to find out. She spied something that definitely reminded her of a booth nearby. Maybe it had a place to sit, because she wasn't feeling her most coordinated at the moment...
no subject
"You know how you got to take a cutting of the Aurabloom, right? So, smelling booths are where they place a LOT of cuttings, of all different flowers, if someone wants to sit down but doesn't want to head off inside somewhere!"
Deece nodded, remembering to adjust their towel belatedly, and was the first to head inside the booth-like structure Konoka had spotted.
All along the walls - and even in the floor and ceiling - were cuttings, of flowers and other plants of nigh every color. With so many different (singular) cuttings, the smells and other sensations alternated between emphasizing each other and neutralizing, creating a curious impression on the nervous system.
It was probably a good idea they'd entered as a group; one person alone could all too easily become overwhelmed, as a sign by the entrance to the booth itself warned.
no subject
This included some of the 'pulsing' flowers, which caught Konoka's attention as she stepped inside. It seemed that Deece might have needed a little support, so she gently took her free hand to give her something to lean on.
"Smells nice," Konoka murmured softly.
no subject
"And now, so do we!" she said, still all smiles; even Deece had to smile again at that.
"We should rest here a while... maybe get to know each other more?"
Deece squeezed Konoka's hand slightly; Mary, meanwhile, pressed her head against Konoka's shoulder.
no subject
All she could think about were those pretty flower patterns. Something about being overwhelmed formed a warning in her mind, but she also remembered reading that it was a solo warning. She had two people, so if she got a little mentally lost, she should be fine, right?
Konoka squeezed back, taking a sniff of the air while leaning toward Mary. They were just warm bodies now.
no subject
Deece slowly grew more adventurous, turning their body to Konoka and softly squeezing both hands up the other girl's arm.
Mary, meanwhile, guided Konoka into lying back against the wall where they could sit. This had the side effect of leaving her lying against some (shielded) flowers, incidentally making it seem like some vibrations resonated directly against her skin, soothing the muscle and bone beneath...
no subject
Attempts to preserve her modesty were forgotten in favor of observing this newfound, pleasant touch. As a result, she made no effort to keep her towel in check, and it was likely to slip off soon.
"Your hands are warm," Konoka murmured to Deece, now that they were settled among one another.
no subject
Deece flushed at the compliment, slowly moving their hands up to Konoka's free shoulder and nuzzling at her bare arm.
"You're nice to touch," they said softly, causing Mary to giggle and nod in agreement.
Elsewhere, the Star Gazer settled in. Not to watch, exactly, not if Konoka closed her eyes... but the emotions Konoka was feeling were quite pleasant indeed.
no subject
Not that she could perfectly tell, but she didn't feel concern at being lost like this. Mary and Deece could still be heard. She'll find a way, if need be.
Konoka cooed lightly at the sensation of one of the girls nuzzling her, and she pressed herself closer. They'd be rewarded with feeling her nipples harden against her flesh. She would even lift a leg to try and touch one of them with it.
"So nice... I'm a little lost, but I feel alright," Konoka commented idly.
no subject
Deece, while more shy, was also quite visibly taken in by Konoka's revealed beauty, leaning against that lifted leg and palming one of her breasts.
"So do we," Mary confirmed, exchanging a brief knowing glance with Deece.
"We're with each other, and that's enough," Deece countered, but they smiled all the same.
