There was something to be said about getting a massage while showering. It was especially relaxing from how those gentle rubs helped soothe her sore body. Experiencing this made getting out of bondage its own reward, too! Konoka made note to look further into ropework.

And so, the night passed (or what would pass for night in the void, as it wasn't like day cycles existed in the void). Konoka would rest well that night, and she would need it, as she had to do a lot of things once she returned to her home world.

Going home was less painful than she imagined, but it was still bittersweet. The war against the Mage of the Beginning had thankfully already concluded (Konoka disappeared on their way back to Earth), but her now necessary absence meant a lot of the roles set for her to clean up the aftermath had to go to other people... let alone the business of her actual home! It wasn't like she'd be gone forever, but rather she'd be out on the road far more often than not, which was un-ideal for handling her world's issues.

As she had given a tearful goodbye to her friends before retreating into the space of Star Gazer, Konoka sighed. She had a new leg of her journey to make: to start looking further into the ability to pilot Star Gazer.

"Ah, where are we headed again?" Unfortunately, Konoka had been through a lot back home, and had to get re-sorted on her itinerary...
