Thankfully, much of the safety orientation went by without too much further incident. Konoka partially wondered how some of the heavier wing types controlled themselves in the air (were they closer to birds, or to bats?), and had even asked a question to one, but her first priority had always been the safety orientation.
Eventually, the orientation concluded. Konoka got in "line" for the flight proper, via going to the massive takeoff pads that functioned as starting points. Star Gazer would be right there alongside her.
